  Went through the drive thru and ordered the Supreme breakfast sandwich. Noticed as soon as I grabbed the sandwich out of the bag that the bottom was hard as a rock. Opened it up and the bottom was burned to the point that it fell apart when I tried to scrap the burned bread off. No way they didn't notice how hard the sandwich was when it was prepared and when it was placed in the bag.

  I go by there everytime I am going to Birmingham. I get the breakfast that I want and they always fix it right the first time and that means a lot to me. There was just one morning coming through that they were not open yet and I was really upset. The biggest thing that I was dissapointed about was that I had to eat at McDonald's and I really don't care for them at all. But I had to get some food in my body before I had my stomach eat it's way out with hunger.
